Vivid Desk is engineered from the ground up to respect user sovereignty. We do NOT collect, transmit, profile, or sell any personal data, desktop activity, browsing habits, installed applications, or usage telemetry.

1. Data Storage & Local Persistence

All configuration presets, favorited wallpaper paths, blacklist hashes, and downloaded image files reside strictly on your local machine in:

2. Network Communications

Vivid Desk accesses the internet exclusively for two explicit functional purposes:

Wallpaper Reservoir Sync: Downloading royalty-free 4K nature images from our verified public Edge CDN (Cloudflare) or direct Unsplash/Pexels provider endpoints.
License Verification (When Upgrading): Validating payment tokens or license keys via Dodo Payments API upon user activation.

No identifiers other than an anonymous, irreversible one-way cryptographic hardware hash (HWID) are used to prevent multiple concurrent machine activations on single-seat licenses.

3. Payment & Billing Processing

Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. PulseMind Studios never receives, sees, or stores your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials.
